RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:

All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items you have received, please contact info@esaintsplatinum.com. To properly assist you, please include your name and order number in the subject line. 

Exchanges: 

Product must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, wear, and contain original packaging to qualify. E-Saints Platinum reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized. To request an exchange, email info@esaintsplatinum.com with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email.
